Order Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order.

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of being placed. Please email our customer support team at info@tcghobby.com with your order number. Kindly use the same email you use when making a purchase.
For example: If you place an order on August 12, the latest you can cancel is August 14. -
Please note that some products, such as pre-orders or special items, are non-cancellable once confirmed. Details will be stated in each product description.
- All approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit equal to the order value. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used toward any future purchase.
Changes to Order
If you wish to modify or change your order instead of cancelling it entirely, please email our customer support team at info@tcghobby.com within 48 hours from your purchase date.
Please provide your order number and the items you wish to change to. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been shipped and changes are possible, we will make every effort to assist you.
Refund or Exchange for Wrong Items
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after the delivery date to request a refund or exchange and process return shipment only if the wrong item was received.
A minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the content or item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.

Please also include:
- a clear unboxing video and photo
- order number or the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and sealed (for booster box), and in its original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In the case of a return, shipping fee is the responsibility of buyer.
Exchange
We will provide you with a coupon code with the same amount of the returned item along with the amount of shipping fee. You could use this coupon at checkout to shop for the items you want.
If the amount of the new item you want exceeds the total amount of your coupon, you only need to pay for the additional difference.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method and currency within 10-15 business days (exchange rate will be at the time of refund, Tcghobby is not liable for any variation in amount refunded due to exchange rates). Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company, or Paypal to process the refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for Opened Booster Boxes, Single Cards, and Graded Cards unless you receive the wrong item. We take packing videos and photos and keep all shipping documents to ensure the rights of both parties. All products are checked carefully before shipment.
