Pre-Order Policy

Preorder requires a full payment (100%) to ensure order fulfillment. Your order will be shipped within 3 days after the release date(ETA) and you will get the shipping tracking number.

Pre-order ETA is mentioned on the product description. Kindly note this is estimate only.

If unexpected delays occur which are not in the control of Tcghobby such as manufacture issues, shipping delays, supplier shortages or wave/split shipments.

We will update the listing to reflect the new date and communicate with the customers affected.As soon as any product is received, we will prepare order and handle shipment in timely manner.

Our team will keep track of the ETA.You will be notified on order status and delivery to ensure your peace of mind.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION 

If your order includes in-stock item(s) with a pre-order item(s), all items will be shipped ONCE the last pre-order item(s) is released. This also applies to multiple preorder items with multiple release dates.

If you wish for separate shipments, we recommend to order preorder items separately, so they don’t hold up delivery of other in-stock items.
